People that had bought 9 11 for 45 $6000 were stunned by the performance and and When John Morton won this race at Road Atlanta two years in a row, it pretty much changed racing. The original Peter Brock built race car won the SCCA C Production (National Championships in 1970-71) at Road Atlanta with John Morton behind the wheel. Both Peter and John worked with owner Randy Jaffe to recreate this tribute car building it exactly like the 1970 original.
